Data Deletion Instructions
Complying with DPDPA & App Policy Standards
At Signalatic, we value your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so by following the instructions below.
Option 1: Delete via App Dashboard (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly from your dashboard. This action is irreversible.
- Log in to your Signalatic account.
- Navigate to Settings > Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account".
- Confirm the action via email verification.
Option 2: Manual Request
If you cannot access your account, you may request manual deletion by contacting our privacy team. We will process your request within 30 days.

- Account Data: Your login credentials, profile, and settings are permanently removed.
- CRM Data: All leads, contacts, and customer conversations stored in your account are wiped from our servers.
- Backups: Data in secure backups is purged within 90 days in accordance with our retention policy.
