1. Who We Are (Data Fiduciary)
AlphaEdge Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Signalatic platform. We act as a Data Fiduciary for the information you provide to us directly, and as a Data Processor for the data you store about your own customers (leads) within our CRM.

2. Data We Collect
- Personal Identification: Name, Email address, Phone number, Business name.
- Billing Information: GST Number, Billing address (Payments are processed via secure gateways like Razorpay; we do not store raw card details).
- Platform Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device info, and logs of how you use our SaaS tools.
- Customer Data (Your Leads): Data you upload to the Signalatic CRM (contacts, leads, sales data) is stored securely on your behalf.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data solely for:
- Providing and maintaining the Signalatic services (CRM, Automation, Chatbots).
- Processing subscription payments and invoicing.
- Sending critical alerts (system updates, downtime, security alerts).
- Complying with legal obligations under Indian Law.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We may share data only with:
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS/Google Cloud), Payment Gateways (Razorpay), and WhatsApp API providers (Meta) strictly for service delivery.
- Legal Authorities: If required by Indian law, court order, or government agency.
5. Your Rights (Under DPDPA 2023)
As a user in India, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a summary of personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or misleading data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten).
- Grievance Redressal: Register a complaint regarding data processing.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption (SSL), firewalls, and strict access controls, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
