Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. SaaS Subscription Refunds

We strive to provide the best AI automation experience. However, due to the nature of digital services:

  • Monthly Plans: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
  • Yearly Plans: If you cancel a yearly plan within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • One-time Setup Fees or Onboarding Fees.
  • Used "Credits" (WhatsApp conversation credits, Email credits, or AI Content usage).
  • Custom Domain or White-label fees paid to third-party registrars.

3. Agency & Done-For-You Services

For custom agency services (e.g., Website creation, Funnel setup, Ad management):

  • Advance Payments: 50% advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Completed Work: No refunds are issued for services already delivered or approved by the client.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you have a valid case for a refund (e.g., technical error resulting in double charge), please email us at hello@signalatic.com within 7 days of the transaction.
