1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Signalatic (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform. These services are provided by AlphaEdge Technologies, located in Nashik, Maharashtra.
2. Account & Usage
- You must provide accurate contact and business information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not use Signalatic for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including spamming, phishing, or violating copyright laws.
3. WhatsApp & Email Policy
Signalatic provides tools for automation. However:
- You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Anti-Spam laws.
- AlphaEdge Technologies is not responsible if your WhatsApp number or Email domain is blocked due to spamming or policy violations.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are flagged for high abuse rates.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly). Payments are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and data loss after a grace period.
5. Limitation of Liability
AlphaEdge Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra.
